       In response to the overwhelming popularity of our Woodward Avenue location, we opened Club Soleil -Madison Heights in 2001.  This location offers and provides the same quality tanning services our clients have come to expect of a high-end tanning salon.   We currently offer 8 levels of equipment, including Beds, Standup's, 15 minute High Pressure Matrix Bed and Detroit's best one minute self tanner MIST booth in an even bigger, cleaner and customer friendly facility.
